Access Methods:

Users can manage accounts through two interfaces:

  1. SAT Account (provided upon purchase)

  2. TAK Server Dashboard


Group Assignment:

  • Users must be assigned to groups

  • Groups have "Both" permissions by default

  • User role determines SAT Admin Dashboard permissions


Password Setup:

  • Users set their own passwords for:

    • SAT

    • TAK Server

  • Password reset links are provided for initial setup


Authentication Methods:

  1. Domain Users

    • Can use username/password credentials

    • Domain must be configured on server

  2. Non-Domain Users

    • Must use certificates for authentication

    • Contact support to add domain to server


Important Notes:

  • Contact VK Integrated Systems to add domains to your server

  • Password reset functionality available for both SAT and TAK Server

  • Group permissions affect user access levels
